Ollie Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Ollie ("Ollie", "we", "us") is a tracker app for people taking GLP-1 medications or peptides. It helps you log doses, water, steps and how you feel. This policy explains what data Ollie handles, where it is stored, and the choices you have.
The short version
- Ollie has no accounts. There is no sign-up and no Ollie server holding your health data.
- Your logs are stored only on your iPhone. Ollie has no account, no server and no cloud copy.
- Apple Health data stays in Apple Health. It is never sent to us and never shared.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or include ad trackers.
- Ollie Plus purchase records go to RevenueCat with a random ID, never with your logs (see Purchases).
1. Who we are
Ollie is published by Creative Playground LLC, 773 Diamond Valley Rd, West Sacramento, CA 95605. Questions about privacy: support@ollieglp.app.
2. Data Ollie handles
Data you enter
- Medications and peptides you add, dose amounts, schedules, shot day and time, injection sites and dose history.
- Water, weight, food noise, mood and symptom check-ins, notes, and walks you log.
- Goals and settings (water and steps goals, units, reminder times).
This is consumer health data. It is stored only on your device (see section 3).
Apple Health (HealthKit)
With your permission, Ollie reads your step count, weight, height, body fat percentage and lean body mass, and can save the water you log to Apple Health. You choose exactly what to share in the Apple Health permission screen and can change it anytime in the Health app or iOS Settings.
HealthKit data:
- is used only to show your steps, weight, water, body fat and BMI inside Ollie;
- is never sent to us or any third party, and never used for advertising, marketing or data mining;
- is never sold.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple ID, or payment details. Whether Ollie Plus is active is checked with Apple's StoreKit on your iPhone. To keep count of subscriptions, Ollie uses RevenueCat, a subscription service: when you start, renew, restore or cancel Ollie Plus, RevenueCat receives the purchase record (plan, price, dates, trial status and App Store country) with a random ID the app creates. It never receives your name, email, health data or logs, and it is not used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
Data we do not collect
- No name, email, phone number, or account.
- No location.
- No contacts or camera access. Ollie never reads your photos; it only adds a share card to Photos when you tap Save Image.
- No advertising identifiers or third-party ad SDKs.
- No analytics of what you log, no crash reporting and no tracking tools. The only outside service is RevenueCat, for subscription records (see Purchases).
3. Where your data is stored
- On your iPhone. Your logs are stored in the app's private storage on your device. If you turn on Face ID lock in Settings, the app asks for Face ID before it opens.
- No Ollie servers. In this version, Ollie does not run a server that stores your health data.
If you delete the app, your logs are removed with it. We have no copy, so they cannot be recovered.
4. How Ollie uses your data
Only to run the app for you:
- show your doses, cycle, goals, trends and patterns;
- send reminders you set up (these are local notifications created on your iPhone);
- unlock Plus features you have paid for.
Patterns and trends are calculated on your device from your own logs. They are observations, not medical advice.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. Data leaves your device only when you choose:
- Share cards: you can save a share card as an image. Dose and medication names are off by default and never shown unless you add them.
We may disclose information if required by law, but because we do not hold your health data, we generally have none to disclose.
6. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in Ollie's Settings or in iOS Settings. You can hide medication names in notifications. We only send promotional messages (such as an Ollie Plus offer) if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime.
7. Your choices and rights
- See: every log is shown in the app, where you can edit or delete it.
- Correct: edit or delete any log in the app.
- Delete: Settings › Data & purchases › Delete all data removes everything Ollie stored on your device.
- Apple Health access: change it in the Health app or iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, or Washington State under the My Health My Data Act), you may have rights to access, delete or correct personal data and to withdraw consent. Because your data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the app. For anything else, contact support@ollieglp.app.
8. Children
Ollie is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
Your data is protected by your iPhone's encryption and passcode, and an optional Face ID lock in Ollie. No method is perfect, so keep your device passcode private.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
