Ollie Terms of Use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Creative Playground LLC ("we", "us") for the Ollie app. By using Ollie you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Ollie.
1. Ollie is a tracker, not medical advice
Ollie helps you log your doses, water, steps and how you feel. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a medical device.
- Ollie never recommends a medication, dose or schedule. Doses, reminders and cycle numbers come from what you enter.
- Trends and patterns are observations from your own logs. Things seen together are not proof of a cause.
- Always talk to your healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any medication or peptide, and before making medical decisions.
- Don't ignore professional advice or delay getting it because of something in Ollie.
- If you feel very unwell or think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for how you use your medications.
2. Who can use Ollie
You must be at least 18 years old. You may use Ollie only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your data
Your logs belong to you. They are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. If you delete the app, your data cannot be recovered by us.
4. Ollie Plus subscriptions
Some features need an Ollie Plus subscription. Steps and Ollie are free.
- Plans: Ollie Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, currently $39.99 per year or $9.99 per month in the US (prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy).
- Free trial: eligible new subscribers to the yearly plan get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the yearly price. We also remind you the day before the trial ends.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or when the trial ends).
- Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Cancel or manage: go to iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Offers: introductory, promotional or win-back offers show their price, length and the price after the offer in the app before you accept them.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore: use "Restore purchases" in Settings to get Plus back on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of Ollie. If these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent allowed.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Ollie. For example, don't reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), interfere with it, or use it to break the law.
6. Ollie's content
Ollie, the otter, the app's design, text and artwork belong to us and are protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these Terms.
7. Apple Health and other services
Ollie can read and write some data with Apple Health if you allow it. Apple Health and the App Store are provided by Apple under Apple's own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services.
8. Changes and availability
We may update Ollie or these Terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll tell you in the app before they apply. We may change or stop features, but we won't take away a Plus period you already paid for without a pro-rated remedy where the law requires it.
9. Disclaimers
Ollie is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and may not always arrive, so don't rely on Ollie as your only reminder for a dose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health decision you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Ollie in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Ollie anytime by deleting the app (and canceling any subscription in your Apple ID settings). We may suspend access if you seriously break these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of where you live, which these Terms don't override.
